Permits from the fire department are obtained by returning the applicable form, along with proper fees, to Assistant Chief Schultz at the Public Safety Building.  Click here to view Fire Department permit applications.

Be aware that permits issued by the fire department are seperate from those issued by the city Inspection Division.  Also, a seperate alarm permit is required from the City Clerk.
