Burning Permits:

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2004:  Open burning of grass, leaves, and other vegetation requires a permit.  Permits may be purchased from City Hall or the Public Library at a cost of $5.00.  The fire department does not issue burning permits.
