To Pay a Citation (including traffic, parking, and municipal ordinances):
Citations Suspending your Driver's License:If you are paying on a past due citation that is suspending your driver's license, we will immediately notify the Department of Transportation as soon as the forfeiture has been paid in full. Assuming you do not have any other suspension for failure to pay a forfeiture with another agency, you will then be able to reinstate your driver's license with the Division of Motor Vehicles after 12:00 p.m. two business days later. - through the mail (envelope addressed to the City of New Berlin Municipal Court 16300 W. National Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151)
- placed in the drop box located in the parking lot on the West side of the Public Safety Building marked "fines only"
- through Government Payment Service, Inc. at 888-604-7888 or at www.GovPayNow.com a minimal fee for processing payments (see below)
Payments may be made with cash, check (made payable to the City of New Berlin) or money order. Payments are not accepted over the phone at the New Berlin Court Office. Credit card payments are in person during normal business hours (Visa, Master Card, American Express) OR by using Govenment Payment Services, Inc.
