Rain every 2 to 4 days from July through October created difficult scheduling for the Contractor, but the patience of the residents on Coachlight Drive, Carriage Lane and Heritage Lane was rewarded at Thanksgiving by a new road with new curb and gutters.

Due to  the condition of the existing curbs, it was more economical to replace all the curbs than it was to repair over 40% of the existing ones.

All of the storm inlets were rebuilt and a new storm sewer was installed in the Park.
